Back to work

As you will be aware, New Zealand shifted to COVID-19 Alert Level 2 on Wednesday 13 May 2020 at 11.59pm.  This next phase means that businesses are now able to open for both staff and clients, provided that they have appropriate safety measures in place.  From Monday 18 May 2020, we will be returning to our usual opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm.

For the duration of Alert Level 2, and moving forward, we are more than happy to continue to see clients and attend to the witnessing of documents digitally, if preferred. That being said, we do understand that there are many circumstances where a face-to-face meeting is more appropriate.  For that reason, we want to assure you that our offices are open for both pre-arranged appointments and walk-in meetings with both new and existing clients.  Of course, if you are feeling unwell or showing any cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please refrain from coming into our offices and instead contact our team by phone or email.

We will be asking all clients to check-in for contact tracing purposes using the register located at reception.  While in our reception area, we ask that you observe the 1 metre social distancing guidelines; you will then be taken to a meeting room where government recommendations will be observed.  All meeting spaces, common areas, workspaces, and door handles are being thoroughly cleaned and sanitised throughout the day.  Hand sanitiser is readily available for client and staff use.

We appreciate that, together with the entire nation, a lot of our clients will be navigating many personal and professional challenges due to the current economic environment.  Like us, we know that you will likely have experienced the many highs and lows of working from home. Perhaps you have taken the helm as your business negotiates new ways of operating, supporting staff and tenants through the storm, and – for some – doing all this while supporting children learning from home. No matter what your lockdown experience entailed, we want to assure you that we are here to help and support you, your families, and your businesses through these uncertain times.  We are impressed by the resilience and ‘can-do’ approach of our staff, our whole community, and our country, and we look forwarding to continuing to work together with you into the future.
